Update planning technical details

This page centralizes the technical details needed to perform a update from GX Webmanager 9.X to 9.Y.

There's a document here (Todo; add word document) that is intended to be shared with the customer to choose a suitable update scenario. This document then refers back to this section of the wiki for further technical details.The division is made to make sure we can easily maintain this part.
