When the GX WM Persistence Manager can be configured to be used, no offline consistency repair should be used. The System Repair is more precise in repairing any inconsistencies compared to standard JackRabbit tooling. The downside is that the system repair will run longer although the site will be up during that time.
When no GX WM Persistence Manager can be configured, a offline jcr-import-export 'fix' should be executed. See this document for more details on how.
