- Start up GX WebManager.

If you want to install an environment from an SDK zipfile, just follow the instruction document "Installation of a local development environment" chapter 4 "SETTING UP GX WEBMANAGER MANUALLY".
Community Edition on Linux and OSX
The GX WebManager Community Edition is distributed as a Microsoft Windows ".exe" file. This file can also be used to ??install on Linux and OSX. Detailed instructions can be found on the forums.
