The Maintenance board is responsible for setting priorities for Bugs to be resolved in the Maintenance process. In the Maintenance Board there is representation from Professional Services (representing all solution units and current implementation projects), Customer Service (Representing all live-customers) and Product Development.
The Maintenance Board consist of:
- Lútzen Luinenburg or Mark Koenen (they have a rotating shift) on behalf of Product Development
- Karel Bovy on behalf of Professional Services
- Robert Linders on behalf of Customer Services
