The steps:
- In MS Word, click on the Windows logo in the upper left corner. Click on the 'word options' button (in the lower right corner of the window).
- Go to 'trust center' and then 'trust center settings'.
- In 'macro settings' click on 'enable all macros' and click the checkbox 'Trust access to the VBA project object model'.
- Click OK twice.
- Close MS Word and repeat these steps in MS Excel.
- Close MS Excel.
- Close MS Outlook (it uses MS Word).
- Run the 'wm_install.wsf' that can be downloaded in GX WebManager under: Configure > MS Office integration > Installation.
